Woche 10: Finale (10/11 Dezember)[]
Das Finale fand in der Wembley Arena statt und war insgesamt vier Stunden lang, aufgeteilt auf den 3. und den 4 Dezember 2011.
11. Dezember[]
Am 11. Dezember führten alle Liveshow-Teilnehmer (bis auf Frankie Cocozza, der durch Goldie Cheung und David Wilder ersetzt wurde) als Gruppenperformance einen Mashup aus "We Found Love", "Party Rock Anthem", "On the Floor", "Moves Like Jagger" und "The Edge of Glory" auf. Die muskialischen Gäste waren Westlife und Coldplay. An diesem Tag sollten Little Mix und Marcus Collins jeweils drei Lieder performen - ihre Lieblingsperformance, ein Weihnachtslied und die Gewinnersingle.
